| 6. Regular sources of data | The data is obtained from the reception points themselves when the agreement is concluded and is updated on the basis of notifications provided by the reception points. |
| 7. Disclosures and transfers of data | Personal data is not disclosed to external parties without a legal basis. Data may be disclosed: * to contractual partners providing transport services for the purpose of organising collections * to competent authorities to the extent required by legislation Personal data is not regularly transferred outside the EU or EEA. If data is processed exceptionally outside the EU/EEA, an adequate level of data protection will be ensured through appropriate safeguards. |

Disclosures and transfers of data | Data is disclosed: * to authorities supervising producer responsibility to the extent required by legislation Personal data is not disclosed to other external parties and is not regularly transferred outside the EU or EEA. In any exceptional situations, appropriate data protection will be ensured. |
| 8. Principles of register protection | Appropriate technical and organisational data security measures are applied in the processing of producer data. Access to the data is restricted only to those for whom it is necessary because of their work duties. |
| 9. Data retention period | Personal data is retained for as long as the producer agreement is in force and thereafter for the period required by the Accounting Act, at least 6 years and no more than 10 years. |
