Rubber Powder
Our rubber powder replaces virgin raw materials in demanding rubber and plastic industry products. The rubber powder can be compounded, which means mixed with virgin raw materials into pellets that can be used directly in factory production processes.
The recycled raw material has been tested in our own trials and in the production processes of our customer companies.
Depending on the product, recycled rubber powder can replace around 15–70 per cent of the raw material required for the finished product.
Rubber powder suitable for injection moulding, foaming and coating can, for example, improve the finished product’s resistance to UV radiation, impact resistance and ability to return to its original shape.
Rubber powder can be used as part of the manufacturing process, for example in

- Pucks, balls and other sports equipment

- Engine covers
- Insulation for infrastructure construction
